Step 1: Create a space in your home (Ideally, that you can keep set-up) for your Sadhana. Describe your space.
Step 2: Curate a Sadhana. Write down (in detail) what will take place on your mat. Why are you choosing certain movements/poses?Also, include how long your Sadhana is, time of day, music, mediations, etc.
Step 3: Do your Sadhana for at least two days.
Step 4: What did you discover? Are/What are there any changes/edits/additions you would like to make and why?
Step 5: Why is this Important?
