1. What is your relationship to stillness? (to consider: Do I keep my calendar full and is it done on purpose? Do I have a meditation practice that is consistent? During small moments like closing the eyes in savasana, a Saturday with no plans, a quiet room, how do I react?)
2. As yoga teachers, we talk a lot. Rightfully so, we are guiding every step for students. What are some ways we can listen to them AS we teach? Have you experienced the power of being silent when you teach? Tell me about it. If not, what are your opportunities?
3. When we are in front of a class, connection and authenticity are so important. Speak to me about thematics about too much of "my story" and not enough.
